If you are scheduling a wedding, it must be at least 3 months in advance. If you do not call at least 3 months in advance, we cannot guarantee we will be available for hire.
Payment for a wedding starts at $350. For events other than weddings, a price will be configured at that time, unless it is a non-profit community event.
Traditionally, payment is expected before the quartet begins to play. If for some reason the quartet must cancel, all money will be refunded.

The quartet is not responsible for determining the repertoire of music for a wedding. If needed, suggestions will be given, however, if you should schedule the quartet to play a wedding, please have pieces listed or in mind that you would like performed.
The quartet dresses appropriately during each event for which they are hired to perform.
Through our appearance and performance, we strive to provide you with the utmost satisfaction.
The quartet does not offer contracts. If a member cannot attend, the quartet will instead offer a trio, or a substitute member will fill in. If the quartet needs to cancel for any reason, ample time will be given to find a replacement.
